In general, our health guarantee provides coverage for a period of up to two years from the date of adoption. However, certain hereditary conditions may be covered for longer periods, as specified in the terms of the guarantee.

Exclusions

It’s important to note that our health guarantee does not cover conditions or illnesses that arise as a result of neglect, abuse, or improper care. Additionally, the guarantee may be voided if the kitten is not spayed or neutered within the specified timeframe or if the kitten is exposed to infectious diseases after leaving our care.

Making a Claim

Procedure

If you believe that your  kitten may be experiencing health issues covered by our health guarantee, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. You will be required to provide documentation from a licensed veterinarian confirming the diagnosis and outlining the recommended course of treatment.

Resolution

Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will work with you to resolve the issue in the best interest of the kitten. This may involve providing financial assistance for veterinary care, offering a replacement kitten from a future litter, or refunding a portion of the adoption fee, depending on the circumstances of the case.
